Type Ratings
For pilots who are looking to expand their ability to fly different types of helicopters.

The Canadian Aviation Regulations state that to achieve a type rating you need to conduct a qualifying flight under the supervision of a person qualified in accordance with CAR 425.21(7)(b). There is no specified number of hours to attain this rating.

At Helicopters Canada you can achieve a type rating on a Robinson 22, Robinson 44 or on a Bell Jet Ranger 206B
